Open air parking area around our hotel is free of carge, underground parking lot for a fee of HUF3,500 / car / night.

Undergroung garage places can be occuped on a first-come first-served basis, no advance reservation is accepted. Our garage is equipped with IPTV, however the hotel does not take the responsibility of for any left items in your car or any damages caused. We offer 2 places for guests owning Disability Cards, however these places are also subjects of parking fee.

General:

Cancellation of a booking/ordered services: free of charge, up to 3 days before arrival, within 72 hours of arrival or failure to cancel, a 50% advance payment fee will be charged.

Holiday Season:

Holiday Season cancellation policy: please check the terms&conditions of the choosen package.

Voucher:

The arrival date can be modified up to 3 days before arrival with no fee, in the case of modifications or no-shows within 72 hours, the cost of the package will be charged as a penalty. The cancellation conditions of the package are the same as those of the package’s wholesaler. In case of no-shows and cancellations within 3 days, the voucher will be considered as used.

At the time of reservation we require 100% advance payment, which is to be settled in two installments via bank transfer to the OTP Bank account to the account number 11712073-21455003-00000000. The first 50% advance payment should be made within 5 business days counting from the date of the reservation, and the second 50% is due 5 days before the arrival date.

Small pets under 10kgs of weight are accepted to the hotel on a fee of HUF 5.000/pet/night. Pets must not be left unattented in the room. In the common areas of the hotel leash and muzzle must be used. No pets allowed to enter the Abacus restaurant and the Spa area. Any request to bring a pet must be communicated at the time of booking. The hotel may refuse the pet if, upon confirmation or upon arrival, the size of the pet exceeds the limit. Guest or owner is responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate with the cost of such damages.

We accept „SZÉP” card issued by OTP Bank, K&H Bank, MBH Bank.
The OTP SZÉP cardholder can initiate the transaction through the online platform by selecting the Abacus Hotel as the service provider. It’s important to check the option for sending the receipt to the service provider, as this will notify the bank about the transaction immediately.
The K&H Bank SZÉP cardholder can initiate the transaction through the K&H SZÉP card customer service or online platform. During the process, they will need to provide the 84042659 merchant code for the Abacus Hotel.
MBH Bank (former MKB) SZÉP card: please send us the member ID along with the cardholder’s name and email address, to which we will send the necessary information for transaction approval.

HUF 500 per person per night from the age of 18 and above, to be settled on-site.

This offer can only be purchased on-site and is valid until further notice.

The price of the beverage package is 5,000 HUF per adult per night. Children under 2 years are free of charge, those between 2 and 12 years are charged 2,500 HUF per person per night, and those between 12 and 18 years are charged 3,500 HUF per person per night.

Unlimited drink package menu is available during lunch (12:00-15:00) and dinner (18:00-22:00) in our restaurant and the Forza Bar. This package is not valid at the Vitamin Bar. The menu includes beer, house wines served by the glass, mineral water, soft drinks, and orange or apple juice.

Under the age of 18 the wristband is valid for non-alcoholic beverages only.

The beverage package must be purchased for the entire stay (number of nights) and for the total number of guests. Detailed regulations regarding the unlimited beverage package will be provided upon purchase.

On the day of arrival, our guests can check in as early as 02:00pm. In case of early arrival, if availability allows, we can provide the room or luggage storage. Upon departure, we kindly ask guests to leave their rooms by 10:00am latest. Short term baggage store is available on demand.

The late check-out fee is HUF12,000 per room (until 05:00pm),
The early check-in fee is HUF9,000 per room (from 09:00am).

The safety of our guests is the most important thing for us, so we placed a defibrillator device next to the hotel’s main entrance. We trust that the device will never be used, but if necessary, speed can save lives!
